HDR - Love It or Leave It? |
|
HDR’s all the rage these days. While the dynamic range of digital cameras, DSLRs in particular, is improving all the time, the human eye still has the advantage. We can see detail in deep shadows and bright highlights. Capturing that range of tones in a single image is the holy grail of photography.

Many digital cameras, including all digital SLRs, can record images in RAW or JPEG formats. With RAW being much larger, filling up my memory cards faster, why do I prefer it over JPEG? Well ... |
